For parents and families

You are the most important person in their world, and an integral part of our centre.

We know that starting your child at day care or preschool can be an emotional time.
We work to make the transition stress-free and positive for both you and your child.

Parents' handbook

You can find all the details about our centre rules, policies and processes in our handbook. It includes information on enrolment, our curriculum, daily routines, advice on how to prepare your child for preschool and more.

Download the parents’ handbook here.

We know it’s not just important for our children to feel confident and comfortable about our centre, it’s important for parents too. We go out of our way to communicate regularly and clearly with parents, so together we can work as a team to support your child.

Share your skills and experiences

We invite you to share your ideas, customs, skills and stories with us. We understand that our busy lives can’t always afford the time, however any contribution, no matter how big or small, is much appreciated. Here are just a few ideas:

Your occupation or hobby

Come in and talk about what you do, or what you love to do. This could be your job, or a hobby such as a craft. Everything parents do interest children and these talks are the best educational resources you can provide for our centre.

Your home culture

We would love you to share aspects of your culture and family life. This enriches the lives of all our families and children.

Children love to be read to. We welcome parents and grandparents to come in and read a book.

For parents and families

1 – Book a tour

We invite you to first book a tour. We have an open door policy, so you are welcome to come for a tour whenever it is convenient for you.

One of our caring staff will show you the whole centre and explain all our wonderful features. We can tell you all about our policies, fees, bond charges and administration costs.

2 – Fill in an enrolment application

All children from the age of two till preschool are eligible to enrol at our centre. We welcome enrolments before the age of two to guarantee a place. All children must be immunised or have an immunisation plan.

We will give you an enrolment form when you visit our centre.

3 – Secure your place

When a place for your child becomes available, you can secure your place by providing the full immunisation record and birth certificate, plus a bond payment and one-off administration payment.

The bond is fully refunded when your child leaves and all fees are up to date. The administration cost is one-off and non-refundable.
